Shun Fujishiro, a dedicated psychiatrist at a Tokyo university hospital, is on the verge of marrying his fiancé, Yayoi Sakamoto. Just as he prepares for their wedding in April, an unexpected letter arrives from his first love, Haru Iyoda, stirring up old feelings.
