Cowboy dreams of saving the planet through his movement, Free Swingers, and seeks funding from The Central Agency. They send Fey from Sweden to assess his ambitious proposal. Under pressure to deliver, Cowboy organizes a charity bike rally featuring an eclectic mix of Berlin's misfits. Complicating matters, his neighbor sabotages his efforts by killing his mother’s pet budgie and threatening his plans. As Cowboy juggles his feelings for Fey and his fiery neighbor Angel, chaos ensues, turning the rally into a frantic dash against time to rescue his mother from a dubious retirement home.
