Two smugglers, on the run from the law, stumble upon a castaway who reveals himself as the sole survivor of a covert operation aimed at dismantling a formidable superweapon crafted by the nefarious Count Zartharn. Recognizing their potential, the Emperor recruits the smugglers for a dual mission: to thwart Zartharn's plans and to locate his missing son.
