Denny Burke is on the verge of graduating high school, but his senior year has been fraught with challenges: a broken leg, heartbreak, and family troubles. Seeking one last adventure, he and four friends embark on a rock-climbing trip to mark the transition to adulthood. Unexpectedly, they gain extraordinary genetic enhancements, thrusting Denny into a pivotal dilemma. He must choose between embracing these newfound powers and leaving his normal teenage life behind or relinquishing them to remain part of humanity as he prepares for graduation.
