A gang of heroin traffickers seeks refuge on a deserted oil rig following a ship explosion. As they settle in, they discover that the rig conceals a sinister secret: it's a front for a covert biological experiment. Among the horrific outcomes is Charlie, a shape-shifting creature capable of absorbing the memories of those it preys upon. Yet, even this monstrous entity has its own flaws, leading to chaotic and deadly confrontations as both the smugglers and Charlie grapple with survival in the isolated depths of the ocean.
