In the suburban town of Bailey Downs, two rebellious sisters, Ginger and Brigitte, struggle to fit in. Everything changes when Ginger experiences her first menstruation, coinciding with a brutal encounter with a mysterious beast. Although her injuries heal quickly, Ginger begins to exhibit unsettling changes.
