Gary Dale Farmer, born on June 12, 1953, is a renowned and multifaceted Canadian actor, celebrated for his powerful portrayals in both film and television. Hailing from Ohsweken, Ontario, Farmer has made notable impacts in the entertainment industry. He gained recognition for his outstanding role as Nobody in Jim Jarmusch's independent western, Dead Man (1995), where he shared the screen with Johnny Depp. This performance earned him a nomination for an Independent Spirit Award, a distinction he received again for his work in Smoke Signals (1998).
