Ana de la Reguera
Biography
Ana de la Reguera, born on April 8, 1977, is a prominent Mexican actress known for her dynamic performances. Raised in the picturesque state of Veracruz along Mexico's Gulf Coast, Ana's passion for the performing arts took root early on. She began her journey at the Cultural Institute of Veracruz before advancing her studies at Televisa's Center for Artistic Education (CEA) and TV Azteca's artistic institute (CEFAC) in Mexico City. Her quest for excellence led her to further training in Los Angeles with renowned instructors Lisa Robertson and Aaron Spicer, as well as studying under acting coach Juan 'Carlos Corzza in Spain.
Ana's talent shines brightly on stage, particularly in her acclaimed role in "El Cartero" ("Il Postino"). Her performance garnered her significant recognition, earning her the "Best Actress" award from the Association of Theatre Journalists in Mexico, as well as the title of "Most Promising Actress" for the year from the Association of Theatre Critics and Journalists.
