George Young Newbern, born on December 10, 1964, is an accomplished American actor recognized for his notable performances in both television and film. He gained widespread acclaim for his portrayal of Bryan MacKenzie in the beloved films Father of the Bride (1991) and its sequel, Father of the Bride Part II. Additionally, Newbern is remembered for his role as Danny, also known as The Yeti, on the hit sitcom Friends.
