Alani Nicole "La La" Anthony is a prominent American actress and television personality. Rising to fame in the early 2000s, she gained recognition as a VJ on MTV's popular show Total Request Live. Her dynamic hosting skills shone through on various VH1 reality reunion specials, including Flavor of Love, I Love New York, For the Love of Ray J, and Real Chance of Love, as well as her role as a dean on Charm School alongside Ricki Lake.

In addition to her television career, La La has made a mark in film with appearances in several movies, including Two Can Play That Game (2001), You Got Served (2004), Think Like a Man (2012), Think Like a Man Too (2014), November Rule (2015), and Destined (2015).
