Eddie Vedder, an influential American musician and singer-songwriter, is widely recognized as the lead vocalist and one of the three guitarists for the iconic rock band Pearl Jam. Born on December 23, 1964, Vedder's deep baritone voice has become a signature element of the band's powerful sound, helping to shape the grunge movement of the early 1990s.
