Gillian Barber, born on February 22, 1958, in Coventry, England, is a talented British-Canadian actress and theater educator. Relocating to British Columbia during her formative years, she honed her craft at both the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London and through the Bachelor of Fine Arts program at the University of Victoria.
Barber's film career boasts a variety of roles in notable productions, including her appearances in The Stepfather (1987), Needful Things (1993), Jumanji (1995), The 6th Day (2000), and the disaster epic 2012 (2009).
