Jordan Bridges
Biography
Jordan Bridges, the son of renowned actor Beau Bridges and Julie Bridges, began his journey in the entertainment industry as a child actor. He made his debut in two television films: "The Kid from Nowhere" in 1982, directed by his father, and "Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color: The Thanksgiving Promise" in 1986, which featured the entire Bridges family. However, he opted to step back from the limelight to experience life as an ordinary kid.
Jordan attended the progressive Oakwood School, where the strong emphasis on the arts ignited his passion for acting. He pursued this interest as a theater major with a minor in literature at Bard College in New York. During his academic journey, he spent an enriching junior year in England, studying at the esteemed London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts. Residing in a cozy basement flat in Chelsea, he subsisted on a diet of chicken noodles while enjoying complimentary tickets to West End theater productions.
After receiving his bachelor’s degree, Jordan honed his craft through classical training. To support himself during this time, he worked as a cater waiter in both New York and Los Angeles for a few years, gradually transitioning into roles in television and film as he established his career in the entertainment world.
