She gained immense popularity as a pop singer, achieving remarkable success with her hit singles "Anyone Who Had a Heart" and "You're My World," both of which topped the UK charts in 1964. In addition to her musical accomplishments, Cilla became a household name by hosting her own variety program, "Cilla," throughout the 60s and 70s, where she showcased her charisma and talent.

Cilla's career experienced a significant revival in the mid-1980s and 1990s when she became the face of several beloved television shows. "Blind Date" captivated viewers with her sharp wit, while "Surprise Surprise" revealed her warm and caring personality.
