Vincent Kok Tak-Chiu (Chinese: 谷德昭), born on August 15, 1965, is a prominent figure in the Hong Kong film industry, recognized for his talents as an actor, scriptwriter, and director. He is particularly celebrated for his extensive collaborations with the well-known comedian Stephen Chow. Kok not only acted in but also co-wrote several of Chow's successful films, including the comedic classics Forbidden City Cop, From Beijing with Love, and The God of Cookery. Additionally, he played a role in producing and co-writing the 2007 film CJ7, further solidifying their creative partnership. Kok made a memorable cameo in Chow's hit film Shaolin Soccer, where he portrayed a bumbling soccer player.

In a departure from his work with Chow, Kok also ventured into a unique project by writing, directing, and starring alongside the legendary Jackie Chan in the romantic comedy Gorgeous, showcasing his versatility in the industry.
