Angela Clarke (August 14, 1909 – December 16, 2010) was a prominent American actress whose career spanned four decades, encompassing stage, television, and film. Over her extensive career, she appeared in more than thirty films, often taking on smaller, uncredited roles. However, she left a memorable mark in several significant productions. Notably, her performance as Bob Hope's stern sister-in-law in *The Seven Little Foys* showcased her talent, while other films like *House of Wax*, *A Double Life*, *The Gunfighter*, and *The Miracle of Our Lady of Fatima* further solidified her reputation in Hollywood.

Clarke made her entry into the film industry later in life, debuting at the age of forty in the 1949 film *The Undercover Man*. Embracing roles that often depicted matriarchal figures, she became well-known for her portrayals of grey-haired, nurturing characters. One of her most recognized roles was as Mama Caruso in *The Great Caruso*, where she embodied the essence of a loving, supportive mother.
