Rakesh Bedi, born on December 1, 1954, is a prominent Indian actor renowned for his remarkable contributions to film, television, and theater. He gained widespread acclaim for his comedic performances in notable works such as the classic film *Chashme Buddoor* (1981) and popular television series like *Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi* (1984), *Shrimaan Shrimati* (1995), and *Yes Boss* (1999-2009).

Bedi began his cinematic journey in 1979 with a supporting role in *Hamare Tumhare*, featuring Sanjeev Kumar.
