Yves Afonso, born on February 13, 1944, in Saulieu, Côte-d'Or, was a notable French actor whose career spanned several decades. He made his film debut in 1966 with an uncredited role in Jean-Luc Godard's "Masculin, féminin." Throughout his career, Afonso became recognized for his compelling supporting performances in both film and television. Among his most acclaimed roles, he portrayed Inspector Bricard in the critically acclaimed film "L'Horloger de Saint-Paul" and took on the unique character of Tom Thumb in the dark comedy "Week End." His versatile acting skills allowed him to leave a lasting impression on audiences.
