Danica Ćurčić

Biography

Danica Ćurčić was born in Belgrade and relocated to Copenhagen with her family when she was just one year old, as her father was employed at the Yugoslavian embassy. She completed her secondary education at Sankt Annæ Gymnasium and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in film and media studies from the University of Copenhagen. Seeking to deepen her craft, Danica spent a year in California, where she honed her acting skills at the Dell'Arte International School of Physical Theatre. This immersive experience laid the groundwork for her artistic journey, leading her back to Denmark, where she enrolled at the prestigious Danish National School of Performing Arts. Danica graduated in 2012, equipped with the tools and training to pursue a successful career in the performing arts.
