Ilya Baskin, born in Riga to parents Frieda and Zalman Baskin, is a talented actor whose career spans television and film. He honed his craft at Moscow's renowned Theatre and Variety Arts College, where he earned recognition by winning a Festival of Young Actors Award at the Moscow Comedy Theatre. In 1976, Baskin made the significant move to the United States, where he quickly established himself in the entertainment industry.
