William Richard "Billy" West, born on April 16, 1952, is a renowned American voice actor celebrated for his dynamic range and comedic talent. West began his career in the early 1980s, performing comedic segments on Boston's WBCN, a leading rock station at the time. His early work included a revival of the animated series Beany and Cecil, and he gained further recognition as a cast member on Howard Stern's radio show during the early to mid-1990s.

West's most iconic roles come from popular animated series such as Ren & Stimpy, Doug, and Futurama, where he brought to life characters like Philip J. Fry and Stimpy, both of which he originated. He also made a significant impact in film, notably voicing iconic characters Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd in the 1996 classic Space Jam, and has continued to lend his voice to various Looney Tunes projects in films and video games.
