Biography

Evan Evagora hails from Melbourne, Australia, where he was born into a culturally rich family. His mother, Marie, is of New Zealand and Cook Island Maori lineage, having relocated from Auckland at the age of 20. His father, Xristos, emigrated from Cyprus when he was just three years old.

As the youngest of seven siblings, Evan was immersed in a vibrant household that fostered both athletic and artistic talents. He began boxing early under the guidance of his father, a former professional boxer, while also engaging in Australian football. Encouraged by his family, he showcased his flair for performance in various school productions throughout his primary education.

During high school, Evan's dedication to sports intensified, culminating in a state boxing championship victory and participation in football finals. Following his graduation, he embarked on a gap year traveling across Europe with friends, which broadened his horizons before he pursued a more focused path in the arts.

Evan enrolled in film school, where his talent was soon recognized, leading to a scout discovering him. This pivotal moment prompted his relocation to Sydney, setting the stage for a burgeoning acting career.
