Robert Fredrick "Rob" Paulsen III, born on March 11, 1956, is a renowned American voice actor celebrated for his dynamic range and memorable performances. He gained fame as the voice of Raphael in the beloved 1987 animated series, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Paulsen's remarkable talent shines through his iconic roles as Yakko Warner and Dr. Otto Scratchansniff in the critically acclaimed series, Animaniacs, alongside his portrayal of Pinky in both Pinky and the Brain and Animaniacs.
