Andre Royo, born on July 18, 1968, is a talented American actor, producer, and writer, most renowned for his portrayal of Reginald "Bubbles" Cousins in HBO's acclaimed crime drama series, The Wire. Royo's impressive television career also includes significant roles in series such as Fringe, Party Down, How to Make It in America, and Empire.
In addition to his work on television, Royo has made his mark in film, with performances in titles like Shaft (2000), Super (2010), The Spectacular Now (2013), Beautiful Boy (2018), Prospect (2018), and To Leslie (2022).
