Victor Jay Garber, OC (born March 16, 1949), is a distinguished Canadian actor celebrated for his remarkable contributions to both theater and television. Throughout his illustrious career, he has garnered multiple accolades, including three Gemini Awards, four Tony Award nominations, and six Primetime Emmy nominations. In recognition of his significant impact on the arts, Garber was appointed an Officer of the Order of Canada in 2022.

Garber's career took off with his memorable portrayal of Jesus in the musical "Godspell." He became a household name for his role as Jack Bristow in the critically acclaimed series "Alias," and he captivated audiences as Thomas Andrews in James Cameron's blockbuster film "Titanic." Born to Joseph and Hope Garber, he discovered his love for acting at a young age, beginning his training at the University of Toronto's Hart House and launching a career that has now spanned over 40 years.

His television repertoire includes standout performances in series such as "The Slap," "The Flash," and "Motive," while his stage work has earned him recognition through four Tony nominations.
