Gary Anthony Williams, born on March 14, 1966, is a versatile American actor, comedian, and filmmaker known for his impressive body of work across various entertainment mediums. He gained notable fame for his voice portrayal of Uncle Ruckus in the critically acclaimed animated series The Boondocks. In the gaming world, he lent his voice to General Horace Warfield in StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty and Dr. Richard Tygan in XCOM 2. Additionally, he played Anton "Bebop" Zeck in the film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows.
