Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger, born on July 30, 1947, is a multifaceted Austrian-American figure celebrated as an actor, businessman, politician, and former professional bodybuilder. From 2003 to 2011, he held the office of the 38th governor of California.

Schwarzenegger's journey began at the age of 15 when he took up weightlifting. By 20, he earned the prestigious Mr. Universe title, followed by an impressive seven Mr. Olympia titles, a record he shares with Phil Heath, just behind legends Ronnie Coleman and Lee Haney, who both achieved eight victories. Known as the "Austrian Oak," Schwarzenegger is hailed as one of the greatest bodybuilders in history. His contributions to the sport include influential works like his autobiography, "Arnold: The Education of a Bodybuilder" (1977), and "The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding" (1998). The Arnold Sports Festival, a major bodybuilding event, is named in his honor, and he gained early fame through the documentary "Pumping Iron" (1977).

Transitioning to Hollywood, Schwarzenegger became an iconic action star, first gaining acclaim with "Conan the Barbarian" (1982), and later with the groundbreaking "The Terminator" (1984) and its sequels.
