Ian Ho

Biography

Ian Ho is a Canadian actor hailing from Toronto, Ontario. He made his acting debut at a young age, landing his first significant film role at just 7 years old, where he portrayed Nicky Nelson in Paul Feig's film, A Simple Favor. Currently, he is featured in Season 3 of the Hulu series The Handmaid's Tale, titled Unfit, and has a role in Netflix's A Babysitter's Guide to Monster Hunting, which is adapted from Joe Ballarini's popular book series.

In the new EPIX limited series "Chapelwaite," Ian takes on the character Tane Boone, appearing alongside Adrien Brody and Emily Hampshire. He also plays a part in the opening scenes of Season 6 of The Expanse, where he introduces the Laconia story arc alongside his twin sister, Emma Ho. Additionally, he will have a recurring role in the comedy series "Overlord and the Underwoods." In 2022, he made a guest appearance in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds as The First Servant in the episode titled "Lift Us Where Suffering Cannot Reach."

As a voice actor, Ian has contributed to several animated series, including Rusty Rivets, Blues Clues 'N You, Pikwik Pack, Elinor Wonders Why, and he voices the character Flicker in Spin Master’s Mighty Express. He continues to explore new opportunities in voice acting while expanding his repertoire. Ian is the twin of actress Emma Ho.
