Jay Underwood, born on October 1, 1968, is an American actor and pastor who made his mark in the entertainment industry starting in the mid-1980s as a teenage performer. Underwood is particularly known for his portrayal of Eric Gibb in "The Boy Who Could Fly," as well as his character Chip Carson in "Not Quite Human."
