Philip "Phil" Daniels, born on October 25, 1958, in Islington, is a renowned English actor celebrated for his distinctive portrayals of Cockney characters. He gained significant recognition for his role as Jimmy in the iconic film *Quadrophenia*, which remains a classic representation of the Mod subculture. Daniels further showcased his talent in the gritty drama *Scum*, where he played Richards, and in *The Class of Miss MacMichael* as Stewart.
His versatility extends to television, where he is perhaps best known for his portrayal of Kevin Wicks in the long-running soap opera *EastEnders*. Additionally, he starred as DCS Frank Patterson in the popular series *New Tricks*.
