Colin Edward Quinn, born on June 6, 1959, is a renowned American stand-up comedian, actor, and writer. He gained widespread recognition for his contributions to television, most notably as the anchor for the Weekend Update segment on Saturday Night Live. In the 1980s, he made his mark on MTV as the announcer and sidekick on the game show Remote Control.
