Biography

Paulina Chruściel is a talented Polish actress renowned for her compelling performances in theater and television. She completed her studies at the Theater Academy Aleksandra Zelwerowicz in Warsaw in 2004, marking the beginning of her professional journey. Shortly after graduation, she joined the Warsaw ensemble of Współczesny Theater, where she showcased her skills in various roles.

Chruściel gained recognition through her appearances in several popular television series, including her portrayal of Hania in "Pensjonat pod Różą," Lidek in "Lonely Hearts Clinic," Klara Kessler in "Line of Life," and Lyudmila in "For Good and Bad."

In 2007, she took on the iconic role of Hamlet in a production directed by Waldemar Śmigasiewicz at the New Theater in Poznań. Her outstanding performance earned her a distinction at the 11th International Shakespeare Festival, solidifying her reputation as a versatile actress.

Since August 2008, Chruściel has been part of the Teatr Powszechny ensemble, where she debuted as Abigail Williams in "Witches of Salem," directed by Izabella Cywińska. Additionally, she plays Marta Majewska in the adaptation of Leopold Tyrmand's novel "Zły," and collaborates with Polish Radio Theater. Her film credits include notable works such as "Singielka" (2015), "The Border" (2014), and "Za marzenia" (2018).
