He is an accomplished African-American stunt performer and actor, recognized for his work as a stunt double for numerous prominent celebrities, including Jim Brown, Fred Williamson, Bernie Mac, Danny Glover, Carl Weathers, and John Amos.

Minor made his television debut in 1973 with a role in the series "Search."
