Fan Wei
Biography
Fan Wei is a prominent Chinese actor renowned for his roles in skits, sitcoms, and films, particularly celebrated for his collaborations with Zhao Benshan and Gao Xiumin in the CCTV New Year's Galas, which he has been a part of since 1995. Born into a family where his father worked as a publicity officer in a factory and his mother engaged in sales, he grew up with an elder sister and a younger brother. At the young age of 16, in 1978, Fan embarked on his acting journey under the guidance of Chen Lianzhong, laying the foundation for a successful career in the entertainment industry. Through his humor and talent, he has captured the hearts of audiences across China, making significant contributions to the world of performance art.
