Rupert James Hector Everett, born on May 29, 1959, is a renowned English actor, director, and producer. His rise to fame began in 1981 when he starred in Julian Mitchell's play and its film adaptation, Another Country (1984), portraying a gay student at an English public school during the 1930s.
